Expertise includes sourcing and scheduling of manpower and machinery, planning and budgeting, logistics management, training and audits, work process systems, team development, inventory management, and vendor development.
Possesses significant experience across Metro, Road and Highway, Bridges and Flyovers, High-Rise Buildings, Airports, Tunnels, Ports, Dams, and various industrial and infrastructure civil construction projects.
